We chose a concrete staircase from the company STS Fertigteile in Oberwang near Mondsee, because it fits very well with the style in the public area (residential concrete floor, industrial style, black painted beams on sight, solid wood in exposed wood surface).

It is very massive, will hardly move and therefore will not make any noise. In addition, this type of stairs is relatively inexpensive.

As the prefabricated parts are in great demand at the moment, we had slight delays with the delivery, but these were increased anyway by the quarantine measures.
